What is included in a standard cleaning?
Our standard cleaning focuses on high-traffic areas and essential upkeep, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms. We also offer Deep Clean and Move-In/Move-Out packages for more intensive needs.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No, many of our clients provide a key or a digital entry code. We ensure your home is locked and secure before we leave.
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
We strive for consistency. We know how important it is to have a familiar face who understands your home’s specific needs, especially for our senior clients.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded to provide peace of mind and protection for your home and our team.
Do you bring your own supplies?
We provide all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product you’d prefer we use on a certain surface, just let us know!
Are your products safe for pets and children?
Absolutely, We use high-quality, effective, products that are safe for your entire family, including your pets.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens! We offer a grace policy for rescheduling. However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% late cancellation fee after a first occurrennce.
Do you offer any additional services?
Clean Freak is available for all of your cleaning needs. You can build a custom cleaning plan using add-on services. Just let us know what your needs are and we will build it in.
Additionally, we offer total home and room restores to help you reclaim your space. We will declutter, organize, and do any neccessary cleaning needed. These services are quote based by apointment.
How do I schedule a cleaning?
Click on any of the booking links found on this website and you will be taken to our scheduler. First, you will need to pick a category; Standard, Deep, Moving, or Premium. Next you will select the home size that best fits your space. For instance 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom or 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, etc.
If you have more than 2 bathrooms that need to be included in your cleaning package, choose the 4b/2b + package.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Recurring standard cleanings are a percentage off of the first cleaning rate depending on frequency.
Also, if you refer a client to Clean Freak Pros you will receive 25 % off of your next cleaning and your referral will receive 25 % off of their first cleaning. Make sure they mention your name when they book.

You are getting a dedicated professional who is serious about cleanliness and dedicated to your satisfaction and peace of mind. We are more concerned with getting the job done to perfection then how quick we can get it done and get out. If ever you are not completely satisfied we will come back and fix it within 24 hours.
How much do you charge for your services?
We believe in price transparency and no surprises so all of our prices are listed on our Service Page. Find the service category you need and then the bedroom/bathroom combination that most closely aligns with your home and the pricing will be listed. In the standard cleaning category you will also see the reduced price for recurring service based on the length of time between cleanings.
